Q: What’s the difference between Bedrock and Java Editions?
A: Bedrock edition is for all devices, iOS, Xbox, PC, and switch. It allows for easy multiplayer, and runs over an Xbox account, but has very few mods, shaders, textures and CIT packs. Java edition is PC only, and is the version that runs mods, shaders, textures and CIT packs easier. It does not hold multiplayer easily. The two versions are typically not cross compatible.Q: How can we all join the server?
A: There is an addon known as “Geyser” that is added to the servers mod folder. It allows bedrock players to join a java run server over the same IP, through an external client. Geyser is free, but works best on servers made by a gaming host, which typically cost a monthly fee.
